About Me

I am a passionate and innovative leader who thrives on delivering value to clients and customers. I have over 20 years of work experience in digital technology, loyalty marketing, and customer engagement, and I love what I do.

As the Head of Solution Consulting for the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions at Epsilon, I am responsible for formulating and leading productive discussions with prospective clients and customers. Clients come to us with technical and strategic concerns, and it’s my job to help them solve their problems.

I am driven to help brands connect with their customers in meaningful and personalised ways, leveraging data, technology, and creative capabilities. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked across multiple industries, regions, and cultures.

As an experienced world traveler, I’ve learned to adapt to new ways of thinking and doing. I’m currently residing in Sydney, Australia, and have also worked in the UK, US, Germany, and France. These experiences have provided me with a unique global perspective on marketing, advertising, and technology.

In my current role, I use my experience as a technology practitioner to resolve a wide range of marketing issues in an imaginative and practical way. I have successfully supported Australian and New Zealand businesses, as well as the wider APAC and MEA regions, matching technology opportunities with the brands' business issues and objectives. I have also earned the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) credential from The Loyalty Academy, and the Loyalty and Customer Engagement certification from the Australian Loyalty Association, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to the field.
